It is now time to begin preparations for the EFRA Annual General Meeting.
In this first package, you will find the essential information to help you prepare for the upcoming AGM, including the 2026 AGM Package One.
This year’s meeting will take place at the Van Der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport, Belgium, from 6th to 8th November 2026.
Included in the email package sent to Federation members, most importantly, is the Attendance Voucher Form, which we kindly ask you to complete and return by 17th October 2026. (If you have any specific allergens we need to aware of please let us know beforehand)
Also included is the Host Application Template for Federations wishing to host future EFRA events.
We kindly request that all event applications are submitted in the form of a Stage One Report, as this is a mandatory requirement. These reports will be published on the EFRA website to provide information for drivers and to assist Federation Delegates during the voting process.
Please ensure that all event applications are submitted no later than 15th September 2026.
Also attached is a list of EFRA Committee and Executive Board positions that are either vacant or due for re-election.
In addition, this is a reminder that proposals for changes to the EFRA Rulebook must be submitted by 15th September 2026.
We are aware that General Rule 4.1.a.f specifies a deadline of 31st August. However, as there are still European Championship events taking place after this date, the Executive Board has agreed to extend the deadline to 15th September 2026. This allows any proposals arising from those events to be submitted and considered.
Authorised representatives of Member Federations and Associated Members now have access to the Proposal Tool via the EFRA website.The Proposal Tool should be used to submit new rules or proposed amendments to existing rules.
Please note that no proposals will be accepted after the deadline of 15th September 2026.
