We are looking forward to the EFRA AGM 2026!
Following the initial information shared in the first AGM package, I am pleased to provide you with the second package of documents for the EFRA Annual General Meeting 2026, which will take place at the Hotel Van De Valk Brussels Airport, Brussels, Belgium, from the 6th to 8th November 2026.
As confirmed in the President’s invitation, the meeting will once again be held fully in person, in line with the decisions made at the 2024 and 2025 AGMs. We look forward to welcoming all delegates to what promises to be a productive and successful weekend in Brussels.
AGM Schedule Overview
Friday, 6th November – Welcome Buffet Dinner at 20:00
Saturday, 7th November – AGM General Meeting begins at 09:00 (Diamond Room 7th Floor), followed by Section Meetings in the afternoon
Sunday, 8th November – Final AGM session and closing lunch at 12:30

Travel and Accomodation
A transfer service is available – with all of the details available on the link below: https://www.hotelbrusselsairport.com/en/facilities/shuttle-service
A Taxi from Brussels Airport to the hotel are readily available and typically cost between 20-25 Euro’s. Delegates arriving at similar times are encouraged to share transport where possible to reduce costs.
Please ensure your accommodation requirements have been confirmed using the Attendance Voucher Form provided in Package One.
Voting Authorisation
You will have been sent the form titled “Voting Authorisation for All Meetings.”
This form must be completed and returned to the EFRA Secretary no later than 31st October 2026.
It is essential to confirm who will vote on behalf of each Federation during the AGM and Section Meetings.
Deadlines and Reminders
Attendance Voucher – return by 17th October 2026 (late submissions cannot be accepted).
Voting Authorisation Form – return by 31st October 2026.
Rule Proposals and Event Applications – deadlines remain as indicated in Package One.
Welcome Dinner
All delegates are warmly invited to attend the Welcome Dinner on Friday, 6th November at 20:00, an opportunity to meet informally before the formal sessions begin.
