2WD Euros - Q1 & Q2 Update

Brits top the timesheets
British drivers topped both Round 1 and Round 2 of Qualifying here in Pau, leaving it a UK 1-2 overall.

Neil Cragg led Round 1 with his LRP-powered buggy, some 3 seconds clear of his Associated UK team mate, Paul Bradby. Neil described the track as having lower traction than this mornings practise runs, but is concerned that whilst traction may increase during the later rounds, the track may also become bumpier, slowing the times down.
Defending Champion Lee Martin was quickest in Round 2 of qualifying, going around half a second quicker than Neil's round 1 time. Neil secured second in the round but was over 2 seconds behind his British rival.

Lee also noted the track appeared to be loosing traction, something he believes may be due to the lower temperatures this afternoon.

Overall, Neil Cragg leads Lee Martin, with Germany's Jorn Neumann third in both rounds to hold third overall. Paul Bradby sits fourth and another Brit, Tom Yardy, completes the top 5.
