Aigoin TQs in Germany |
| Jerome tops the sheets as field closes up! |
 Jerome Aigoin topped the qualifying sheets here in Sand as no one could mount a consistent challenge to the Frenchman. Aigoin was not in the blistering form of yesterday which saw him take 2 TQs , but he did tell us that he had used today to test out some slight set up changes. Qualifying second was the surprise package of this event Marcel Guske. The young German in his first Euros took TQ in round 5 and posted the first 11 lapper of the event |
 3rd overall was Britains Darren Bloomfield, TQ in round 4 showed his pace and he was on curse to also TQ round 5 when a last lap mistake cost him 7 seconds! With 16 drivers making it straight through to the semis, it was bad news for 3 time European champions Reno Savoya who could only qualify 24th overall joining him in the quarters will be double European Electric off road champion Lee Martin and both 1/12th European champions Simo Ahoniemi and Hupo Honigl |
