 Bastien Ferrato and Nicolas Lerda Ricci from France held the first two spots early in the race, chased hard by Tony Truman and Matthew Lewis, both from Great Britain. A bobble from Nicolas let Tony through, and Lorenzo Crolla from France got past also. Joao Lopes soon made good use of his bump-up position from 12th and moved into 4th just behind Tony, who soon made a mistake to fall back a couple of positions. Just after the halfway point, Tony took the lead ahead of Albert and Lorenzo as Joao fell behind to 6th. With five minutes to go, Tony went to 6th as he flamed out, and Lorenzo took over the lead with Albert in second. Bastien moved up to third with Joao in fourth. The finishing order was Lorenzo, Albert, Matthew and Tony took fourth position on the last, moving Bastien to fifth. |
