Round One In The Books

Volker quickest !
Round one of qualifying is now complete. With the drivers still trying to get dialled in to the tight, tricky track, it was the LRP powered car of Ronald Volker who maintained the speed he showed in practise to head the timing sheets.

Behind him, Jilles Groskamp took his Orion powered car to second place, with Elliott Harper third with his SpeedPassion powered machine. Andy Moore continued his return to form with a fourth place finish, ahead of Viktor Wilck and World Champion Marc Rheinard in sixth
Marc said he was “just not fast enough” and admitted he didn't know what to change for the next run. French driver Loic Jasmin finished the round seventh, with Yannic Pruemper eighth, Cyril N'Diaye ninth and Freddy Sudhoff completing the top 10.

With one more run to go today, the drivers will work further on their cars as they attempt to take the title this weekend
