1:5 Formula 1 European Championships : End of round 3

Competitors battle the clock on this ultra-demanding circuit!
With the third round of qualification now complete, the Auto Bayer Arena is now being referred to as the Monaco of 1:5th Formula 1! with many drivers learning the hard way just how unforgiving the track barriers can be. Group 1 has been hit the hardest in the 1st round with half of the 8 cars not making the full 10 minutes, and in the second round the lone car of German Lutz Burbach was the only car on the track for the last third of the time, with other drivers pulling out either with crash damage, technical issues, or to save themselves for the next round.
At the top of the qualifying table, no surprise that the Bayer brothers are making good progress, though, Martin finished top of his group in two rounds, but in round three, problems let Danish Martin Lissau finish top and take 2nd place overall.
