Sunday Finals Underway In Monaco

Action packed start to final day

As we progress up through the finals the races are getting closer and even more intense!

In the 1/32 B final, Sara Bella (Italy) took an early lead from fourth on the grid, but slowly starting dropping back down the order from half distance. This allowed firstly Igor Toropchenkov (Russia) and then Marcel Tietz (Germany) to take the lead. Marcel managed to stay in front as the 20 minute race drew to a close, and took the win with his Mugen. Igor finished second and Maxime Tenet (France) third.

Fourth place on the grid was again the place to start in the 1/32 A, as Thomas Musso (Monaco) took the lead in the first minute. Emanuele Marchetti (Italy) and Frank Baggen (Netherlands) ran on the same lap as Thomas throghout the entire race, with Emanuele taking over the lead with around 2 minutes to go. Unfortunately, Emanuele thn ran out of fuel on the final lap, gifting the win back to Thomas and his Serpent. Emanuele was far enough ahead to hang on second, with Frank holding third. These three drivers were 2 laps clear of the rest of the field.
