1/10th IC Euro B Semi Finals

Who will fill the remaining 6 places for the Main?
B Semi Final

A hard fought battle with a place in the 45 minute final at stake, half way through - around the ten minute mark cars 1 to 6 were on the same lap. Though sadly after a heroic journey through the finals Simon Wood's car failed to complete a lap leaving him watching the race and indeed the 45 minute final still to come. Fellow Briton Joe Kelly also dropped out around the half way point with 24 laps down.
At the front of the race Dirk Stammler from Germany fought hard with Thomas Etard of France(pictured), with fellow German Simon Balk biting at their heels. Third place man Balk managed to put in the fastest lap of the race 21.832, with Thomas following 21.915 and winner Stammler behind him with 21.994 seconds. Showing consistency really is the key to this tough circuit.
A Semi Final

Another hard battle with even tighter action at the top. Half way through and Eduardo representing Portugal found himself in 3rd place and quickly fought his way up to first but it was anything but easy and with 2 minutes to go the top positions were tighter than ever
Eduardo who had claimed to be pleased to qualify in the semi rather than the main clearly got the extra race experience he was looking for and went on to finish 1st with Bernd Rausch and Traugott Schar Jr. behind him.
