Spec A final Leg 2 Report |
| Mobers picks up the pieces of Moores misfortune. |
 Andy Moore was left to ponder what might have been as another cell problem at 6 minutes robbed him of certain victory in the second Spec A final.The drama started at the first corner when pole man and Leg 1 winner Chris Kerswell made a mistake and spun out in front of the field, the resulting melee claimed a number of victims chief of which was 2nd qualifier Marc Fischer who was forced to retire. Moore sped off into a comfortable lead until those technical issues let Serpent driver Markus into the lead. Keith Robertson had an uneventful drive to second with Kerswell recovering to 3rd. The final leg will now decide the European champion with only Mobers, Kerswell and Robertson in with a chance of lifting the crown |
