Friday report for 40+ 1/8 and 1/10 Ic Track from Skarpnäck, Sweden |
 DAY OFFFriday started with the idea to get a complete race program with 1 Free Practice, 2 Control Timed Practice, 5 rounds of Qualifications and respective Superpole, 1/8th and 1/10th. But, during the last Free Practice everything changed. Rain came and flooded the Swedish track. After some meetings, the Race Director Robert Lee and his assistance Mikael Hahne, and the Team managers decided to wait until 16,00 to dry the track and start with 2 Control Timed Practice and 2 rounds of Qualification. But, today it wasn't a day to race! At 15.30h, 30 minutes before to start with race program decided, huge rain came again and left us without any chance to race again. So, finally, the Race Director together with Team Managers decided to cancel the race program completely and change the time table for tomorrow. Tomorrow we will start at 8.00 with 1 round of Control Timed Practice, 3 rounds of Qualification, Superpole and finals. Timetable must be finished with price ceremony at 17.30.
