UPDATED TIME TABLE FOR 4WD EVENT!

With uncertain weather predicted over the next few days, the organisers have elected to change the timetable
The weather forecasts do not look good for the last two days of the 4WD event.

For the event to be declared official, at least 1 controlled practice round and 2 qualifying rounds must be run. The organisers would of course like to add finals, and as many further rounds of qualifying as possible.

Therefore, the EFRA officials have released a new timetable as follows:
The first stage was to declare the last two practice rounds today as the official Controlled Practice rounds. The second of these rounds is just being completed.

Friday will now see a short morning practice, followed by a planned 5 rounds of qualifying. Should the rain fall before the days qualifying is completed, the number of rounds may be reduced.

Saturday will again see a short morning practice, and then just the finals scheduled (providing 2 qualifying rounds were completed on Friday). The worst weather is forecast on Saturday afternoon, so the plan is to have all the finals finished by then.
Of course, we hope that this new timetable can be completed fully, and we look forward to crowning the 2012 European 4WD Champion on Saturday.

We will of course bring you all the news here at www.EFRA.ws, all our usual video features, and keep you updated on the live stream, which restarts for Qualifying tomorrow morning!
