| The first information package for the AGM in November has been send out to the federations: |
 Dear friends, Again, it is the time of the year to start making preparations for the EFRA AGM. For the moment, I only need your applications for future races, your proposals for changes in the rulebook, and we ask you to review our EFRA committee board positions.
