 EFRA has had during the last weekend a very well attended AGM. One of the major items was the future structure of EFRA. For this the Executive Committee got a "go" from the delegates. On the photo you will also find our new treasurer Jacqueline Aebi. (front row, left)

10 Oct update
First of all I would like to remind you about the fact that we need one or several proposals for a new treasurer!! As our president, Mr Dallas Mathiesen, pointed out in his invitation, Mr. Tyrone Norrman will not be able to continue the work he is doing at the moment.

Since last week I have also had some mails conserning the agenda for the main meeting, also several questions about the hotel.

Enclosed you will find an updated agenda, the changes are highlighted. More ... (130KB -pdf-)

The prices for the hotel this year are higher because we have changed the hotel from last year. This years hotel is the same hotel where we will have all our meetings (same as last year). The main reason for this is that we last year got several complaints of the hotel, beeing to simple.

If you want to arrive earlier, leave later or have any other special wishes concerning your stay in Brussels, please contact the hotel directly. Do not hesitate to refer your booking to the EFRA AGM in order to get best possible price. Unfortunately our treasurer does not have the time to handle all special wishes.

3. I will clean out the actual "Referee list" and start from the beginning since we do have several names on the list who does not referee any more. 4. Please notice our need for a treasurer for the coming year. If you do have a proposal let me know as soon as possible and I will share it with the other members in good time before the AGM.
