| The finals report for the EFRA 1/10th Electric Track championships held at the Hudy arena in Slovakia |
 Modified The top drivers in Europe put on one hell of a show in the premier Modified class with 3 cracking finals, full of incident, controversy and some fine driving. Leg one saw Marc Rheinard take a surprise win from 4th on the grid after Pole sitter Ronald Volker was punted out by 2nd place man Bruno Coelho, letting Aleander Hagberg into the Lead. The Swede held first place right up to the last lap when a brilliant, if tough move saw 3 time former World champion Rheinard sweep inside Alex to claim an excellent win. Leg two, in a case of Deja-Vu for Ronald once again he was on the receiving end of an over-ambitious overtaking move form Bruno, however this time it only dropped him to second with reigning champion Hagberg taking the lead that he held to the end. Leg 2 video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyEBhM4UEvA |
Leg Three, was a classic of nail biting driving against the clock, Ronald knew he had to win to have any chance of becoming champion, but also record a faster time than Alex had in leg 2. Setting a blistering pace, even with a car that was not quite optimised for the changing conditions at the Hudy Arena he was on target to make the time required before a collision with the fast charging Alex Hagberg seemed to have scuppered his chance as he entered the final lap his estimated time was too slow, but a superb final tour saw him come home to take the crown by just 1/10th of a second from Hagberg!  Stock Jan Ratheisky made it all seem with a straight forward 2 leg victory to take the Stock (10.5 blinky) championship. The German survived heavy pressure in Leg one before a jump start from chief rival Mile Gosvig made leg 2 a formality. Another error from Gosvig in the 3rd leg gave 2nd overall to Alexandre Duchet of France who closed out the leg in style. |

 FormulaIn the First ever EFRA Formula (F1) championship it was an engaging 3 way battled between Ratheisky, Gosvig and David Ehrbar. Each of these drivers won a leg of the finals but Gosvig couldnt back it up with a 2nd place and overall victory went to Rathieisky due to a faster fastest time than Ehrbar. |

 Qualifying Report Ronald Volker took Pole position for the 1/10th ISTC Modified class with a fast but calculated set of qualifiers here in Slovakia. The full top 10 qualifiers are: |
 In Spec class (10.5 Blinky) Jan Ratheisky was untroubled as he won 3 of the 5 qualifiers to cement Pole position. Fellow X-Ray driver Mike Gosvig lines up second but will no doubt be wondering what to do about the Germans speed. The full grid: |
 In the Innagural F1 European championships things were much tighter as Ratheisky failed to live up to his pre-event favourite title, struggling with the handling of his car in the blisteringly hot conditions to only record a 3rd place start. Mike Gosvig and David Ehrbar treated us to a battle royal with Gosvig emerging as our pole winner.The full grid: |
